Established in 1990 by Brian Challinor, and soon after joined by current director (and daughter) Monique Cooper, gener8 has over 30 years of experience in events.

Our expertise covers domestic and international conferences (company, industry and trade), gala dinners and awards nights, incentive travel, trade shows and exhibitions, product launches, seminars, luncheons, educational workshops, training sessions, social, sporting and networking events and numerous creative production services.

Major conferences account for the largest portion of gener8’s annual core business. In the past 10 years gener8 has facilitated in excess of 100 conferences that have had more than a two day/night event schedule with delegates ranging from 200 to 3,000 in numerous venues both nationally and internationally.

Associations have also represented a large portion of our client base. gener8 has a very detailed understanding and years of hands on experience with the complexities and challenges that come with managing outcome driven event programs for associations.

gener8 Events is run as a Melbourne based Australian events company, co-ordinating local, national & international events (both inbound & outbound). Director, Monique work hands on in the business ensuring continuity and quality of service and making sure that clients are equipped with the best possible team and resources required to effectively manage your events.
